Version of 28 October 2026 (replaces the version of 23 July 2025)
These General Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Sintonai platform and the services, features and content that SIA "Sintonai" ("Sintonai") offers through https://sintonai.com and its subdomains ("the Platform"). They apply to website visitors and registered users. By accessing or using the Platform you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Sintonai provides customer-service services for businesses: agents that reply, on behalf of each business and only about that business's matters, to the messages its customers send on WhatsApp, through its website chat or by phone (enquiries, bookings, appointments and orders), with handover to its staff when needed.
The Services are intended for businesses and professionals acting in the course of their business ("Customer"). Anyone subscribing on behalf of a business confirms they are authorised to bind it and are over 18. If you nevertheless subscribe as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country also apply.
Using the Platform means accepting these Terms.
Self-service plans (WhatsApp AI Receptionist) are also governed by the self-service terms and data processing agreement, and custom projects by their proposal or contract. If they conflict, those specific terms prevail over these general ones.
The Customer is responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for the actions of the users it gives access to. Sintonai may suspend or terminate accounts in case of breach, fraud or security risk. Any unauthorised access must be reported immediately to manuel@sintonai.com.
All software, content, databases and infrastructure of the Platform are owned by Sintonai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.
While its subscription is active and paid, Sintonai grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the Platform and the Services in the course of its business, including serving its own customers, in accordance with these Terms. The Customer may not resell, copy, decompile or offer the Platform to third parties as its own service without written permission.
The Customer retains ownership of its data and of the business information it uploads to the Platform, and authorises Sintonai to use them only to provide the Services.
When the Customer connects its WhatsApp Business number to Sintonai, it agrees to:
Sintonai may suspend or disconnect the WhatsApp service, in whole or in part and without a refund for the affected period, if it detects, or Meta informs it of, use contrary to these obligations or to Meta's policies, a serious drop in the number's quality, or a risk to the Platform or to other Customers. Whenever possible it will warn the Customer first so it can fix the issue.
Meta may limit, restrict or disable a number or an account under its own rules. Sintonai does not control those decisions and is not liable for them, but will help the Customer resolve them. Meta pricing: WhatsApp Business Platform pricing.
Sintonai strives to ensure continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, provider incidents (including Meta) or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions.
Customers can correct their data and their agent's configuration from their dashboard. Errors detected after subscribing should be reported to manuel@sintonai.com.
The Services are subject to the fees published on the website or in the accepted proposal, plus applicable taxes. Billing may be recurring depending on the plan. Invoices are issued electronically.
Due to the digital nature of the Services, no right of withdrawal applies once access is activated. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; started periods are not refunded.
Sintonai warrants that the service conforms to applicable law. AI-generated replies are based on the information the Customer provides; they are a support tool and do not replace professional advice. The Customer is responsible for that information being accurate.
Sintonai's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the affected service (for self-service plans, the amount paid in the previous 12 months). Sintonai is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or decisions based on AI replies, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Sintonai processes data under its Privacy Policy. For End customers' data, the Customer is the controller and Sintonai the processor. To request data deletion, see sintonai.com/en/data-deletion.
The Customer may not assign its rights or obligations without prior written consent. Sintonai may assign or subcontract services without affecting the Customer's rights.
If any clause is declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
These Terms, the specific terms in section 4 and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
Sintonai may amend these Terms. The current version and its date will be published here, and Customers will be given reasonable notice of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Riga, Latvia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
